Britney Files For Divorce

She finally smelled the coffe - FINALLY!

The story is developing but as it stands Britt Brit has has enough of Kevy Kev's shit and has filed for divorce. The reason is (brace yourselves) "irreconcilable differences” and the paperwork was filed in Los Angeles - home of the 50/50 split.

Brit should have no fear though - of course she has a teflon coated per-nup so Kev is basically assed out as far as palimony is concerned. Brit is seeking legal and physical custody of the two boys, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James and she is asking the judge to make each party pay their own attorney's fees. This alone could bankrupt Kev because dude has no income coming in.

(Seriously, who wants more of this?)

Stay tuned to this one because Kevin looks like one of those types that will definitely spill the beans and air ALL of Brits dirty laundry.
