Kudos to Kirstie Alley for having the nerve to wear a bikini on Oprah. What she did took balls because as we all know she is hardly swimuit ready. That aside she kept her word and pealed down on national television looking like this. (Please allow the video to load.)



Which took guts. What would really have been a coup is if Oprah pealed down and showed her battle scarred body too - and then Gayle and so on. Here's what Kirstie had to say about her unveiling:

"I think women, I don't think we ever feel like we're good enough. We don't feel like we're thin enough or pretty enough or smart enough or work hard enough. And we are good enough. The bikini thing is neither here nor there, other than the fact, you know, I am 55 years old. So I thought, come on, we are all good enough. And we look good enough. And we are not our bodies."
