Is Lindsay lucky or unlucky? The melodramitic actress has been named number one on Maxim magazine's Hot 100 list, sharing a space that has seen the likes of Carmen Electra, Eva Longoria and Pamela Anderson to drop a few names.

Runners up include Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Eva Mended and Katherine Heigl. This is the "good" news.

Lohan also made the list of defendants being sued by a New York City photographer he was run over by the starlet suffering "severe and permanent personal injuries". Giovanni Arnold claims that he was hit by Lohan's BMW on March 13 on Ninth Avenue between 12th and 13th street in Manhattan and that he is seeking "monetary damages for his pain and suffering and his lost wages."

Here's some free advice: Hire a private Dick and catch Giovanni out clubbing it up.

Then you can sue him!
