Tracy Morgan Accused Of Sexual Battery

Tracy Morgan must really be overdue for an intervention. He has had his drivers liscence revoked or suspended for multiple drunk driving charges so it’s quite clear that alcohol isn’t exactly a friend of his but yet he still drinks - go figure.

The latest legal reality check to befall the SNL/30 Rock star are charges of sexual battery filed by a Miami DJ named Sandy Domingo. The complaint alledges that Tracy touched her shoulders and arms, kissed the back of her head and told her that he wanted to impregnate her - all the while reeking of booze.

To the naked eye it appears that Domingo is super sensitive (or more realistically out for a pay day) because this sounds like everyday out of control celebrity behavior in our book. When asked why she filed charges Domingo stated that she felt violated and dirty by whar Morgan did and said and that she doesn’t want another woman to go through what she did.

How nice of her.... We bet that she’ll be writing a book and make the talk show rounds within the year.
